Last Updated: August 14, 2024
Wontum is a dynamic platform that
empowers individuals from around the globe to create and share educational
content. We host a diverse range of courses on our online learning marketplace.
Due to the nature of our marketplace model, Wontum does not pre-screen or edit
content for legal compliance, nor are we in a position to assess the legality
of the content uploaded by creators. However, Wontum is committed to respecting
the intellectual property rights of others and expects all creators on our
platform to uphold the same standard. By posting content on Wontum, creators
affirm that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and
distribute that content.
Infringing activities are
strictly prohibited on our platform.
This policy outlines Wontum's
procedures for responding to copyright takedown notices from content owners and
trademark takedown notices from trademark owners regarding content on the
Wontum platform. It also addresses actions Wontum may take when courses created
by Wontum instructors are unlawfully copied and distributed on third-party
platforms without their consent.
