Wontum is committed to providing a transparent platform for creators to share their expertise and reach global audiences. The following terms outline our revenue-sharing model, payout schedule, and the conditions to which all creators must agree when uploading their content to Wontum.

Revenue Sharing Terms

As of September 28, 2024, creators will receive 70% of the net revenue generated from the sale of their courses, while Wontum retains 30%. This revenue share applies to creators under Wontum’s standard subscription plans, and it is contingent upon the subscription plan chosen by the creator.

Note: Creators participating in the 180-day free subscription period will adhere to this revenue-sharing formula during the free period. After the free period ends, creators will transition to a subscription plan of their choice, where the revenue-sharing formula may differ depending on the plan's terms.

Revenue Distribution:

1. Creator Earnings (70%):
   Creators earn 70% of the total net revenue (after applicable taxes, fees, or discounts) from course sales.
2. Wontum Fee (30%):
   Wontum retains 30% of net revenue for hosting, marketing, and maintaining the platform.

Subscription Plans:

Creators who subscribe to different plans after the 180-day free subscription may have different revenue-sharing terms, based on the plan they select. Specific terms will be outlined upon the selection of a subscription plan.

Payout Schedule:

All payouts will occur on the last Friday of every week, and creators must meet the minimum payout threshold of [insert amount]. Wontum will process payments through secure, reliable methods.

Creator Agreement Clause:

By uploading your course content to Wontum, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this document. Creators are required to review these terms, and it is presumed that by uploading and publishing content on Wontum, you agree to abide by the revenue-sharing model, payout schedule, and other terms outlined here.

Promotions and Discounts:

During platform-wide promotions, discounts, or special offers, creators may be notified of changes to their revenue share. These promotions are optional, and creators will be given the opportunity to participate or opt out.
